Bucket List... almost

Many of you know my love for soccer, Up until last December, I'd play at least once a week. I even managed to play once, early on in Boulder, even scored a goal!

One of my bucket list items is to attend a soccer match in Europe, where the fans and the culture make the matches really exciting, at least that's how it appears. The fans sing songs, they are all into the match the entire time.

Going on now are the European Championships where each country competes against each other to see which country has the best team. Literally 10 minutes from our apartment in Budapest is a stadium that is hosting some of the matches. Tonight, France is playing Portugal, who has one of of the best players in the world. France has some good players too. Imagine being in a stadium of 80,000 people, everyone passionately rooting for their team. Sounds incredible. Tickets are still available and it would be an absolute dream come true. But in my current condition and with an 8pm start time, no way I can make it happen., Salt in the wound. ;)
